HAKOM at the ERGP Working Group's

HAKOM participated at the meeting of the working group entitled "Cross-border parcels delivery" of the European Regulators Group for Postal Services ERGP dealing with the issues of cross-border parcels delivery on the postal services markets within the EU Member States.
ZAGREB, March 28, 2017 – Following the invitation of the organizer the German national regulatory authority for network services (BNetzA) Bonn hosted a meeting of the "Cross-border parcels delivery" of the European Regulators Group for Postal Services.
At the meeting it was discussed on the existing and future harmonization of the regulatory framework in the cross-border parcel delivery within the EU and domestic markets of each of the EU Member States. In addition, the following documents were discussed as well: the activity reports of ERGP and national regulatory authorities in the past period regarding the progress of the legislative procedure of Draft Regulation of the European Commission on cross-border parcel delivery and the expected implementation of activities and measures after the full text of the Regulation is adopted as well as discussions on Plan and Programme of Work and the activities of ERGP Working Group in 2017.
The stakeholders of the meeting are representatives of the national regulatory authorities of the EU Member States and candidates for membership. The representative of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) was Andrej Sardelić, Head of Postal Services Department at HAKOM.
