COCOM committee is a forum of dialogue between the European Commission (EC) and the EU Member States on the issues where the European Commission has delegated legislative powers, and before adopting the delegated act the Commission must consult with the Member States experts.

 
ZAGREB, March 24, 2017 Brussels hosted the 69th meeting of the Communications Committee (COCOM) and the representative on behalf of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries was Natalija Boltužić, Council Secretary at HAKOM).
 
COCOM committee is a forum of dialogue between the European Commission (EC) and the EU Member States on the issues where the European Commission has delegated legislative powers (powers to adopt implementing regulations. Before adopting the delegated act the Commission must consult with the Member States experts.
 
At the meeting, committee members discussed the issues related to the proposed new regulatory framework, especially  the draft Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulations (EC) no. 1316/2013 and (EU) No. 283/2014 regarding the promotion of Internet connectivity in local communities (ie.
