The business policy of getting closer to the end-users has been continued while faster and cheaper methods of providing certain documents have been enabled as well.

ZAGREB, March 1, 2017 – Within the scope of the development programme the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) has continued to develop and improve the Internet services. By means of HAKOM’s general attitude and its support for further and continuous computerization of the society as a whole HAKOM enabled its customers to submit their requests online for determining the infrastructure operator and the amount of the fee for the right of way.

As a legal entity with public authorities in the field of electronic communications infrastructure and other associated facilities HAKOM issues a certificate of right of way pursuant to the Electronic Communications Act and Ordinance on right of way certificate and fee. The service e-right of way enables HAKOM ‘s customers to submit online the request for issuing the certificate and calculation of the fee for the right of way. This helps customers to fill the application and it significantly speeds up the process of issuing the certificate.
