ZAGREB, February 13 2017 – The meeting of Telecommunications and Information Working Group was held on February 13, in Brussels. The meeting’ topic was Proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing the European Electronic Communications Code the regulation of the market analysis procedures, determination of the obligations imposed to the operators with significant market power and determination of regulatory obligations. Jagoda Peleponjko, Senior Expert for Legal Affairs took part in the meeting on behalf of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM).
