HAKOM Hosted Delegation of the Portuguese Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications

HAKOM has a long and successful cooperation with the colleagues from Portugal, which is reflected in the exchange of experience, primarily in the field of regulation of electronic communications and postal services.


ZAGREB, January 16, 2017 – Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) hosted the delegation of the Portuguese regulatory authority ANACOM (Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações). HAKOM has  a long and  successful cooperation which has been reflected in the exchange of experience, primarily in the field of  regulation of electronic communications and postal services.

The Portuguese delegation was consisted of Mr. Jose Toscano and Mrs. Marta Leandro. Mr. Toscano is Director-General of the International Telecommunications Satellite Organization (ITSO) and a candidate for the Executive Secretary of the Intergovernmental European Satellite Organization (EUTELSAT IGO, European Telecommunications Satellite Organization Intergovernmental Organization), established in 1977 with the aim of managing the European telecommunications satellite network. Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries HAKOM was represented by Dražen Lučić, President of the Council at HAKOM Domagoj Jurjević, Deputy President of Council at HAKOM and Mario Weber, Executive and Željko Tabaković, Assistant Director.
