HAKOM organized a public consultation of consumers in Kraljevica

The workshop on “Consumer Consultation” and a lecture on consumer protection were organized together with the consumer protection association “Consumer Centre”. HAKOM’s experts spoke about the rights and obligations of operators of electronic communications services.
ZAGREB, 20 October 2016. – A thematic workshop “Consumer Consultation” was held on Wednesday in Kraljevica in cooperation with the consumer protection association “Consumer Centre”. The workshop was attended by representatives of consumer protection associations and other interested citizens, and HAKOM’s experts gave a lecture on consumer protection in electronic communications.
HAKOM was represented by experts for consumer protection, Ms. Marina Ljubić Karanović and Mr. Andro Marčev. During an interesting and interactive discussion, they familiarized the participants with rights and obligations of users and operators of electronic communications services, in particular with those concerning the conclusion and termination of subscription contracts, the possibility for usage control or protection from unwanted bill amounts.
