HAKOM at the SKILLS+ Seminar in ZadarNEWSThe seminar organized by Zadar County Rural Development Agency and Interreg Europe was launched to encourage the exchange and transfer of knowledge and best practices among the European regions, associated with the work and activities of the Cohesion Policy of the European Union. ZAGREB, October 18, 2016 - SKILLS +Seminar (Supporting knowledge capacity and ICT among SMEs to engage in growth and innovation) is held in Zadar between 17 and 19 October to encourage and exchange the transfer of knowledge and best practice among the European regions associated with the work and activities of the Cohesion policy of the European Union. The overall objective of the program is to improve the implementation of policies and programs for regional development, primarily within the framework of the program of investment for growth and jobs and, where necessary, encourage investment in promoting the exchange of experiences and practices of regional importance. The representative of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) Mislav Hebel participated in the seminar as a lecturer on the topic of "Digital Agenda of the Republic of Croatia and the EU". The objective is to present the importance of broadband Internet access in rural areas and plans of Croatia in meeting the objectives of the Digital Agenda.
