HAKOM at the meeting of the International Roaming Expert Working Group

The objective of the meeting is to define the manner of implementation of the new regulatory framework for the elimination of additional retail roaming charges, which is planned to enter into force next year, on 15 June.
ZAGREB, 28 June 2016. –The Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications will organize this Wednesday in Brussels a meeting of the International Roaming Expert Group (IR EWG). The objective of the meeting is to define the manner of implementation of the new regulatory framework and wholesale retail charges the purpose of which is the elimination of additional retail roaming charges.
The meeting will be attended by representtives of regulatory authorities from the EU Member States, by the members of the European Commission and known experts in electronic communications. The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Communications (HAKOM) will be represented at the meeting by Ms. Iva Vučić and Mr.Mislav Hebel.
