HAKOM at the European Consumer and Competition Day

Following the invitation of the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets, Mr. Dražen Lučić, President of the Council of HAKOM attended a two-day meeting in Amsterdam.
 
ZAGREB, April 19, 2016 – Following the invitation of the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands which is presiding over the European Union (EU) in the first half of the year and the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM), Mr. Dražen Lučić, President of the Council of HAKOM took part in this year's EU Consumer and Competition day. The topic of the two-day meeting which was held in Amsterdam was „Fading borders, shifting roles? Innovation inspired policy and regulatory oversight in the digital economy”.

The event was attended by over 200 participants; politicians, leaders of the European regulatory authorities and  the experts, representatives of consumer protection associations, as well as the EU Commissioner for competition or judiciary, consumer protection and gender equality.
