HAKOM at the Multilateral Meeting of the States Parties to Agreement on Co-operation

At the meeting which brought together the representatives of the regulatory authorities of the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Croatia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Serbia, the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries HAKOM was represented by Mr. Mario Weber, Executive Director.
ZAGREB, April 11 2016 - Mr. Mario Weber, Executive Director of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) participated at the multilateral meeting of the States Parties to Agreement on Co-operation (MoU) in Warsaw on Monday. The meeting was held within the framework of ITU - EC Regional Conference for Europe on the topic "Broadband Services and Infrastructure Mapping", organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the European Commission in cooperation with the Office of Electronic Communications of the Republic of Polish (Urząd Komunikacji Electronicznej - UKE) .
The topic of the meeting was the definition of common positions in relation to the Regulation on establishing measures concerning access to the open Internet and amending Directive 2002/22 / EC on universal service and users' rights relating to electronic communications networks and services as well as the Regulation on roaming on public mobile communication networks in the EU.
The meeting was attended by the representatives of the Croatian National Regulatory Authority as well as the regulatory authorities of the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Polish, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Serbia.
