Termination of provision of services by the operator K3

NEWS

Since end users of operator K3 can no longer receive their service as a result of the ban on the use of radio frequencies, and since the operator is responsible for failing to provide the service, all users of operator K3, regardless of whether they have a contractual obligation or not, will be allowed to terminate their contracts with the operator K3 without paying the penalty fee and select another operator.

ZAGREB, 14 March 2016 – The operator K3 Keter Telekom d.o.o.’s licence for use of the RF spectrum was revoked due to the operator’s repeated failure to pay the fee for its use. Furthermore, an inspector adopted a decision prohibiting the provision of services on the allocated radio frequencies. Since K3 has been providing electronic communications services to its users by means of radio frequencies, those services can no longer be provided as a result of the revocation.
