ZAGREB, February 18, 2016 - Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Infrastructure (MPPI) opened a consultation with the interested public regarding the Draft Ordinance of electromagnetic compatibility. The Ordinance prescribes the EMC requirements and all the electrical and technical equipment made available on the market or to be used in the RH has to comply with those requirements.
The Ordinance prescribes the manner and conformity assessment procedure of the equipment compliant to the EMC requirements, the manner of, and the procedures for authorizing the conformity assessment body, the marking and manner of marking the electrical and other technical equipment and supervision of the relevant market.
