HAKOM Inserted Leaflet comprising information for the End-Users of Public Electronic Communications Services in Daily Newspapers

In this manner the end-users are informed about the rights and obligations, in particular regarding the conclusion and termination of the subscriber’s contract and the possibility of controlling consumption and protection of the unwanted billings.
 
ZAGREB, December 28, 2015 -The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) inserted information leaflet in order to inform and educate the end- users of public electronic communications services. The objective is that the end-users should be acquainted with rights and obligations of operators, especially in the conclusion and termination of the subscriber’s contracts, control spending and protection of the unwanted billings.
 
Within the regulation of the entire electronic communications market HAKOM responds to customer complaints regarding the provision of public electronic communications services including the complaints of the customers on the amounts of the provided services, the complaints on the quality of services as well as the complaints regarding the violations of the provisions from the subscriber’s contract pursuant to the Electronic Communications Act.
