HAKOM’s Experts Advised Consumers about their Rights in the Field of Electronic Communications

The participants were informed about rights and obligations of consumers and operators in the field of electronic communications services, especially those related to the conclusion and termination of subscription contracts and the possibility of controlling consumption and protection of the unwanted billings.
ZAGREB, December 10, 2015 - Within the project implementation on consumers’ protection, in cooperation with the Consumer Advice Centre, an Association for Consumers Protection, in Croatia - Ms. Marina Ljubić Karanović and Mr. Andro Marčev participated at the workshop which was held in Kraljevica.
Within the scope of an interesting and interactive presentation on” Consumers’ and Operators’ Rights in the Field of Electronic Communications Services”, the participants were informed about end-users’ and operators’ rights and obligations in the field of electronic communications service especially those related to the conclusion and termination of subscription contracts and the possibility of controlling consumption and protection of the unwanted billings. HAKOM’s representatives actively participated in the discussion sharing their experience with other participants and presenting the specific dispute resolutions between the end-users and the operators in the electronic telecommunications services.
