HAKOM continues with the organization of workshops on launching and implementation of projects for the increase of broadband infrastructure

A workshop entitled “Support to local and regional self-government units with the launching and implementation of projects for the increase of broadband infrastructure on the basis of state aid” took place this Tuesday in Bjelovar.
 
ZAGREB, 8 December 2015 – The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) continues with the implementation of a workshop entitled “Support to local and regional self-government units with the launching and implementation  of projects for the increase of broadband infrastructure on the basis of state aid˝. These workshops are intended for representatives of counties, cities and municipalities and heads of offices and services responsible for broadband development. This week’s 21st workshop was organized in cooperation with the Directorate for EU Funds of the Ministry of Transport for this Tuesday, December 8 in Bjelovar and it was intended for representatives of municipalities, towns or county administrations of the Bjelovarsko-bilogorska County.
 
Information on broadband access, national broadband development programme, and challenges of local administration in the process of successful implementation of projects for the building of electronic communications infrastructure financed by the EU was presented by Hakom’s experts  Kristina Ćosić,, lvana Madža. Mladen Sikirica and Stjepan Vodolšak.
