HAKOM at the Regional Workshop for Europe organized by ITU

The topics of a two-day workshop are related to the regulatory issues in measuring and monitoring the quality of service of broadband Internet access.

 
ZAGREB, November 26, 2015 – Following the invitation of the organizer the International Telecommunication Union - ITU, a two-day regional workshop for Europe takes place in Bologne on the regulatory issues such as measuring and monitoring the quality of broadband Internet access. Within the workshop programme, attended by the representatives of national and European decision-makers and the representatives of the academic and business community, the following topics will be discussed among other things: “Relevant initiatives and development of quality of service and the quality of service from the user’s perspective” “The protection of users, measurement tools and platforms aimed at the service quality measurement” “The regulatory framework of converged services and applications” and “Key performance indicators for the broadband access.
 
The experts from the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) Andro Marčev and Velimir Švedek are participating at the workshop.
