HAKOM at the workshop on the improvement of trade and transport in the Port of Ploče

The second in the series of a total of five planned workshops took place. The idea was for the stakeholders from the public sector and decision-makers in the transport, railways, customs and border control sectors in the Vc Corridor to present an overview of the existing situation in the Port of Ploče and in the entire Vc Corridor from the point of view of public policy and to discuss challenges and necessary measures for the improvement of trade and facilitation of transport.
ZAGREB, 1 October 2015 – A workshop entitled “Improving Trade Facilitation at the Port of Ploče referring to the Pan-European Transport Corridor Vc” took place in Zagreb, on Tuesday, 30 September. The workshop was organized by the World Bank in cooperation with the administration of the Port of Ploče. The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) was represented in the workshop by a member of the Council of HAKOM, Nikola Popović and Nataša Oliva Prgeša, a senior expert for railway services.
