HAKOM at the Meeting of IRG-Rail's Market Monitoring Working Group

The meeting of IRG-Rail's Market Monitoring Working Group on the issues related to data collection through market analysis 2014 was held in Helsinki and HAKOM’s representatives participated as well.
 
ZAGREB, September 25, 2015 - In Helsinki, the meeting of the IRG-Rail's Market Monitoring Working Group (Independent Regulators' Group - Rail) on data collection through market analysis 2014 was held. On behalf of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) Ms Nataša Oliva Prgeša, Senior Railway Services Expert participated at the meeting.

At the meeting, the issues related to the data which were collected through the RMMS report (Rail Market Monitoring Scheme) and submitted to the European Commission by all Member States as well as preliminary data on market situation 2014 collected through the MM report were presented. The representatives of the Norwegian regulatory authorities presented their experiences on the issues regarding the inflation and exchange rates alignment in the countries that do not have euro as their national currency. During the meeting the topic related to the guidelines on publication of the collected data, as well as the work programme for 2016 were the topics discussed at the meeting. All above-mentioned will be put to vote at the IRG Rail annual Plenary Assembly in November.
