Two new workshops for local self-governing units

Within the next two days two new workshops will be organized by HAKOM in the Counties of Virovitica-Podravina and Koprivnica-Križevci

 
Zagreb, September, 14 2015 – On September 15and 16, in collaboration with the Sector for EU funds of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Infrastructure, a thematic workshop will be held on “Providing support to the local and regional self -governing units in the initiation and implementation of the projects in order to increase the accessibility of broadband infrastructure with the help of state aid for Virovitica-Podravina and Koprivnica-Križevci Counties The Workshop in Virovitica will be held on Tuesday, while in Koprivnica on Wednesday. The workshops will begin at 11:00 AM and will take place in the business premises of the County.
 
This workshop is intended for the principals of the counties, cities and municipalities, principals of the offices and departments that cover the area of broadband Internet access. The workshop deals with the important information about broadband, the National Framework Programme for the Development of Broadband and the challenges of local self-governing units for the successful implementation of projects of Electronic Communications Infrastructure with the use of EU funds. The workshop will be held by Kristina Čosić, Mislav Hebel, Mladen Sikirica and Josip Šajnović.
