HAKOM Hosted a Delegation from the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Republic of Kosovo

Zagreb, 3 September 2015 - The representatives of the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr Niyazi Shala, Mr. Artan Demoland and Mr. Plator Gerdovci payed a visit to HAKOM The purpose of the meeting was the presentation of HAKOM’s experiences in the field of consumers’ protection meaning the presentation of the system aimed at protecting consumers’ rights in the field of electronic communications in the Republic of Croatia, as one of the EU Member States with the best regulated consumer protection area in the electronic communications sector.
 
HAKOM’s experts Ms. Marina Ljubić Karanović, Mr. Andro Marčev as well as Mr Ivo Majerski, Information and Consumer Protection Department Manager were HAKOM’s representatives at the meeting..
