According to the conditions from the 7 th competition round the target users were schools, health care institutions, public institutions and volunteer fire fighters associations in the areas of special state concern, in mountain and highland areas and islands. In the 7th round of the tender the allocation of support of around 9 million HRK of the state aid was agreed with the operators Croatian Telecom and VIPnet, and the support will be paid out only after all conditions are fulfilled and the same has been confirmed.
