Cooperation is focused on measuring the quality of services in fixed and mobile communications networks, on the development of methods and tools for measuring, on data gathering and analysis and on the RF spectrum management.
ZAGREB, 29 June, 2015 – The national regulatory authorities from Croatia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Slovenia signed a cooperation agreement concerning quality of service and spectrum management. The main purpose of this agreement is the exchange of information and knowledge and possible development of joint solutions in the areas of spectrum management and quality of service in the electronic communications sector. Special emphasis is placed on the measuring of the quality of services in fixed and mobile communications networks, on the development of methods and tools for measuring, on data gathering and analysis and on the management of the RF spectrum. Mr. Dražen Lučić, Chairman of the Council, signed the agreement on behalf of the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM).
