The offered spectrum may be used in mobile communications for high-speed data transfer.
ZAGREB, 5 November 2014 – The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) invited a public tender for the granting of licences for use of the radiofrequency spectrum for public networks of mobile electronic communications networks in the territory of the Republic of Croatia for the remaining share of the available RF spectrum in the 1710-1785/1805-1880 MHz band. All applicants who satisfy the prescribed requirements may participate in the public invitation, and in case of interest exceeding the available resources, HAKOM will invite the appropriate further procedure for the allocation of frequencies, which may include a public competition or an auction.
