HAKOM at InfofestNEWSHAKOM’s experts are attending the 21st Infofest, an international ICT conference.
ZAGREB, 29 September 2014 – An international ICT conference, the 21st Infofest is taking place from 28 September to 4 October in Budva, Montenegro. The conference entitled “Towards presence of mobile broadband access in Europe” was organized by the Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services of Montenegro and the International Telecommunications Union (ITU). Representatives of the Republic of Croatia, that is, of HAKOM and of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Infrastructure, are also attending the conference.
HAKOM’s experts, Marina Ljubić Karanović, Marina Brkljačić, Ana Mijalić and Domagoj Maričić will hold their presentations on developments in the EU legislation in the mobile broadband sector, and in the electronic communications sector in general, with a special emphasis on the issue of network neutrality and protection of rights of users. They will also give an overview of the market of electronic communications in the Republic of Croatia.
