Guidance on granting the licence for the use of radio frequency spectrum in broadcasting

The application for granting the licence for the use of the radio frequency spectrum shall be submitted to HAKOM through the web interface e-Radiodifuzija (user manual) or in writing.
Note: Web interface and user manual are in Croatian only.

When submitting the application for granting of the above-mentioned licence the applicant must:

Accurately complete the application form for granting the licence for the use of radio frequency spectrum in broadcasting.
The completed form must be supplemented by the following:
- Technical documentation for broadcasting pursuant to Article 13, paragraphs 1, 4, 5, and 6 of the Ordinance on conditions for assignment and use of the radio frequency spectrum (OG 45/12, OG 50/12, OG 97/14 and OG 116/17). Technical documentation shall be submitted if the licence is granted for the first time or if it is granted with altered technical parameters
- A copy of the previously granted licence for the relevant radio station (if it was granted).
- A copy of a certificate or another public document containing data on the personal identification number (OIB)⁽¹⁾

⁽¹⁾In case an applicant has previously provided HAKOM with a certificate or another public document containing data on OIB, such an applicant shall not have the obligation to re-submit them for further licences.

Note:
The administrative fee for the granting of licence and for use of the radio frequency spectrum shall be paid upon HAKOM’s written request once the application has been processed
