ZAGREB, 31 July 2014 – The Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) submitted the proposals for HAKOM’s Annual Activity Plan and the Annual Financial Plan for 2015 to public consultation. The proposal for the programme includes activities planned for the following year on three markets under HAKOM’s competence: electronic communications, postal services and rail services, as well as activities for increasing regulatory capacity. The Financial Plan ensures funds for the following year from market fees because HAKOM is not financed from the state budget.
