ZAGREB, 04 June 2014 – The14th Global Symposium for Regulators (GSR 14) is taking place in Manama, the capital of Bahrain, from 2 to 5 June under the auspices of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU). The symposium on “Capitalizing on the potential of the digital world” gathered nearly a thousand representatives of regulators and the industry worldwide. On the third day of the symposium, which was dedicated to representatives of regulators and decision-makers, the President of the Council of HAKOM, Dražen Lučić, who was invited by the organizer to represent Europe, presented HAKOM’s views on the possible ways to improve efficiency of market regulation.
