HAKOM introduces direct number for postal services usersNEWS
ZAGREB, 21 March 2014 – To improve efficiency, HAKOM has introduced a new telephone number (01) 7007 055 for inquiries on postal services and the protection of users of postal services. HAKOM’s experts will be available to respond to inquiries at this telephone number every day from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. After regular working hours, questions can also be submitted using the “Ask us” application.
The new number for postal services is an additional direct telephone contact for different areas of HAKOM’s activity. Direct telephone numbers for users (every business day from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.):
