HAKOM takes part in the 19th Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2014, held from 24 to 27 February in Barcelona, Spain.

ZAGREB, 24 February 2014 – At the invitation by the GSM Association (GSMA), the organizer of the mobile world congress held from 24 to 27 February in Barcelona, Spain, Mr. Mario Weber, Executive Director of HAKOM and Mr. Marko Čavlović, Assistant Director of HAKOM are taking part in this year’s 19th conference, where they will hold bilateral meetings with the representatives of operators, the industry and other regulatory authorities.
 
“The Selection of regulatory measures for sustainable investment in networks” is the key topic of this year’s congress, due to an increasing pressure on the mobile telecommunications sector. Some regions show a progressive decline in the investment in networks, which calls for adequate regulatory measures to strengthen investor confidence.
