HAKOM receives appreciation letter for development and upgrading of 112 system

ZAGREB, 11 February 2014 – On the occasion of marking the day of the Single Emergency Call Number 112, Jadran Perinić, Ph.D., Director of the National Protection and Rescue Directorate presented the appreciation letter for the development and upgrading of the 112 system to the Croatian Post and Electronic Communications Agency. Ms. Ivana Bikić, Assistant Director, received the appreciation letter at today’s ceremony. In addition to the contribution in the implementation of the 112 number, HAKOM also takes part in other projects of the Directorate, such as the e-Call, which enables the automatic dialling of the 112 service in the event of a car accident.
