What to pay attention to when signing the request for the establishment of subscriber's relationship or the Contract?

When signing the request/contract carefully read all the conditions, and pay special attention to:

type of the basic service and possibilities for additional services
deadline for the provision of the service
other requiremets on your behalf
the duration of the contract
conditions for the extension and termination of the contract
rights and obligations related to the equipment bought in the service package
everything written in small print, usually at the bottom of the document

In case of remote conclusion of the contract, check if all required documentation has been supplied to you pursuant to special regulations. From this type of contract you can withdraw within 14 days from the written notice by the retailer. You can also withdraw in case the retailer has not supplied necessary documentation.

Note: In case of irregularities arising from the contract, the competent body is State Inspectorate that is the Court.
